Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the construction of large-scale oil and gas storage tanks as part of a landmark development in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex EPC projects within the oil and gas or heavy industrial sector, with a focus on tank fabrication, erection, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities: · Manage the full lifecycle of the oil & gas tank construction project, from planning to handover. · Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery, within budget and to required quality and safety standards. · Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure all project milestones are achieved. · Manage subcontractors, site teams, and interface with consultants and clients. · Prepare and present project progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. · Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and QA/QC protocols. · Control project risks, manage variations, and implement corrective actions when necessary. · Lead project planning, resource allocation, and cost control efforts. · Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project. Requirements
· Must have experience in Ammonia Steel Tanks
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in oil & gas infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in tank construction.
· Demonstrated experience in EPC or turnkey tank construction projects.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills.
· In-depth knowledge of international codes and standards related to tank construction (API 650, ASME, etc.).
· Experience working on mega projects or within large-scale developments such as NEOM is highly desirable.
· Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
