Pargo is a smart logistics company based in South Africa on a mission to build Africa’s leading last-mile delivery solution through its tech enabled network of access points. Pargo partners with thousands of retail stores to allow people to send, collect and return their online orders at these stores. With the global rise of ecommerce, the demand for affordable and convenient delivery continues to increase. Having seen exponential growth in South Africa and Egypt, Pargo is expanding into new markets which face similar challenges. Work closely with the Expansion team as well as the team in Egypt to execute on project related tasks requiring on the ground presence in Riyadh. Lead on-the-ground activities for the Pilot phase: Acquire, onboard and training pick up points Integration with eCommerce clients Manage daily operations related to the parcel journey Manage key success factors related to The business case Establishing product market fit Stakeholder Management Support business development activities including prospecting and qualifying clients When required, attend in person meetings with partners including Pick up point partners Clients Gather insight: Gather feedback on pickup point operations and customer experience 5 Years project management experience Fluent in English and Arabic A strong network in the retail and eCommerce industry would be advantageous A good understanding of the administrative requirements of setting up and running a business in Riyadh.
