· Responsible for managing Kiosk developments. · Building plans as per the business requirements. · Following up with multiple vendors on the development progress of the applications services/ enhancements. · Responsible for managing the Kiosk technical support to provide highest levels of systems performance and availability in accordance with the SLA. · Assist with the documentation (create, review & update), implementation and testing. · Conduct requirement gathering & site visits with business users as assigned. · Conduct UAT (testing) & training sessions with concerned business users as assigned. · Conduct application technical assessment & work with other team members close audit findings as raised. · Take control of application administrative rights & environments control as assigned. · Collects, distributes and manage mobile applications capacity planning and performance management. · Work and coordinate with client vendors in managing and supporting IT Applications. · Provide preventative maintenance for client applications through timely implementation of updates, service packs etc. · Provide project coordination for client projects as assigned. Provide technical support for client mobile applications to resolve issues related & not limited to: functional bugs, integration issues, · usability issues, design issues. · Work with client staff members, document, and maintain all information as required & assigned. · Maintain all documentation of client Applications according to ITD Standards. · Prepare RFP, BOQ, Business Case & analysis. · Adoption of IT related terms and processes to comply with IT policies and frameworks in order to maintain security and governance. · Maintain Mobile applications design & Integration technical documents.
