Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure Construction
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Reports To: Operations Manager

Position Summary:

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage infrastructure construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, and public works.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
  
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.
  
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with UAE construction laws and permitting processes.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
  
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure construction, with at least 3 years in a project management role in the UAE or GCC.
  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and contract management.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
