Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading distributors for global elevator and escalator brands in Qatar. Our client is looking for an experienced Elevator project Installation Engineer who will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of elevators in new and existing buildings, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Other responsibilities are - Ensure safety, quality, and productivity during installation, addressing non-conformities. - Plan installation activities, manage materials, tools, and resources. - Oversee site preparation, readiness, and audits, resolving issues with the Project Manager. - Administrative Duties: Handle HR management, project reporting, and documentation. - Manage handovers, equipment testing, and maintenance handover. - Collaborate on sales handovers and strive to meet sales targets. - Ensure customer satisfaction with the installation plan and quality. - Verify installer competency and identify training needs. - Lead and monitor the installation teams performance. - Oversee environmental aspects. - Bachelors degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Elevators Installation and Modernization field. - Experience in managing Major Projects is preferred. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Strong technical understanding of elevator systems and installation processes.Requirements
