Strong project management, leadership, interpersonal, communication, documentation, and technical skills are required;

Highly developed management, organizational, interpersonal, presentation/training;

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

Demonstrated ability to manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams;

Demonstrated understanding of project scopes and effective change management

Resolve complex issues and maintain effective working relationships;

Ability to prepare and interpret complex reports, recognize problems, and define and evaluate solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical engineering;

8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry;
