* Oversee the design, construction, and installation of both floating and fixed jetties.

* Prepare, develop, and implement project-specific policies and procedures.

* Create operational plans and budget estimates for project activities.

* Develop and update the project’s organizational structure, ensuring alignment with company policies.

* Monitor and implement project-specific initiatives and plans.

* Develop, monitor, and evaluate performance indicators related to operational plans, initiatives, and projects.

* Allocate necessary physical and human resources for the projects.

* Plan and organize project stages from design to delivery.

* Manage resource allocation and oversee the project team.

* Monitor project progress, achieve goals, and implement necessary changes.

* Provide regular reports to senior management and clients on project status.

* Coordinate with department managers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation.

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline) or equivalent experience.

* 2–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in marine construction.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling; experience with SketchUp, STAAD Pro, and Revit is highly desirable.

* Strong understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle management, and industry regulations.

* Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
