Job Description

Spearhead multi-million-dollar projects within the Oil & Gas sector in Saudi Arabia, leveraging a profound mechanical engineering background to ensure optimal project performance and client satisfaction.
Assume full accountability for project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, employing robust project management methodologies to meet stringent industry standards and timelines.
Harness 10 to 15 years of distinguished expertise in the mechanical field to provide strategic direction, technical oversight, and resource allocation, ensuring project objectives are achieved within budget constraints.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to define project scopes, deliverables, and milestones while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and challenges within Oil & Gas projects, and devising comprehensive strategies to mitigate their impact.
Champion cost-control initiatives by meticulously monitoring project expenditures, optimizing resource allocation, and adhering to cost-effective procurement practices to safeguard profitability.
Oversee the execution of complex engineering designs and construction activities, ensuring alignment with industry regulations, best practices, and adherence to Saudi Arabian safety and environmental standards.
Manage and mentor a diverse project management team, nurturing their professional growth, and fostering a results-driven environment that consistently exceeds client expectations.
Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain robust communication channels, providing regular project status updates, resolving issues promptly, and tailoring strategies to align with Saudi Arabian market dynamics.
Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) principles, ensuring all project activities align with industry best practices and Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements, thereby enhancing the overall sustainability and compliance of projects in the region.
