Job Description

Project Coordinator – Zoho

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator - Zoho to lead and oversee the implementation and coordination of Zoho projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho products, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Coordination:
    • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Zoho implementation projects.
    • Coordinate between clients, Zoho developers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Track project progress, manage deadlines, and address any issues or risks proactively.
  • Implementation & Customization:
    • Work with Zoho products including Zoho Creator, CRM, Analytics, Projects, Desk, Books, and other Zoho One application.
    • Oversee the implementation, customization, and configuration of Zoho applications to meet client requirements.
    • Provide guidance and feedback to Zoho developers for custom features and API integrations.
  • Client Interaction & Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project life cycles.
    • Gather and document client requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
    • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress.
    • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to resolve any technical challenges.
    • Ensure that all team members are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members and clients.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho products.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
    • Understanding of Deluge scripting, API integration, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL is preferred.
  • Communication & Organization:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Certifications & Education:
    • Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator certifications (highly preferred).
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Exceptional customer service and active listening skills.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
    • A collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and growth-oriented attitude.
