Job Description

ARENGY is a Digital and Engineering Services Company operating in the Middle East from Dubai. Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe.

We are partnering with a very famous high performance luxury hypercars manufacturer who is looking for a Production Manager as a permanent position. This customer is finishing the construction of its production site where he will have 3 different production lines. It is small series production (10 to 500 vehicles / year).

The production includes composite parts manufacturing, 3D printing, sub-assembly, tests, paint, interior garment fitting, electronics & lights integration...

In more details:

Participate in factory layout and industrial means implementation.
Organize the production per project, work schedule, line of balance, quality control
Lead the production team (up to 100 employees)
Support in the production team recruitment
Bring technical expertise on industrialization and manufacturing engineering,.
Develop methodologies and processes
Organize and distribute workload among the team
Develop team spirit, motivate the team,
Conduct performance review and annual appraisal.
Capacity to integrate and train 100 employees of production within the coming 1-2 years
Manage reporting to management
Identify risks and prepare contingency plans
Interface with project managers, clients, suppliers, partners
