Job Description
Our client specializes in sheet metal fabrication and coatings for industrial insulation, cladding and jacketing for the oil & gas, marine and industrial sectors. We are recruiting a UAE experienced production supervisor / in charge to join their Northern Emirates team to manage high quality and cost-effective production. Role Summary Plan and oversee production to deliver products on time – manpower planning, quality control, health & safety management and cost optimization. Assist with hiring and training of technical production and machine operators. Manage the corrective and preventative maintenance of mechanical industrial equipment to minimize downtime. Ensure all production meets quality standards. Improve processes and procedures to optimize production performance. Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to mandatory health & safety requirements. Mandatory Skills & Experience 8 – 10 years production management of corrugation, metal lamination, insulation fabrication, rockwool insulation, aluminium, galvanized and steel jacketing and cladding. Experience in improving production processes, effective resource and material planning and maintaining production compliance in line with quality control and costs. Strong team management experience - hiring, training and motivation. Proficient use of ERP and Microsoft Excel. Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Candidate Profile Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Northern Emirates. Good command of English – must be able to read, write and speak good English. Good presentation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
