Job Description

ITP Media Group, a leading media company in the Middle East, is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the Luxury Group Division. The Production Coordinator will report to the Senior Producer and work closely with the editorial and production teams to ensure the smooth execution of photo and video shoots for luxury brands such as Harpers Bazaar Arabia, Esquire Middle East, GQ Middle East, Grazia Middle East, and Cosmopolitan Middle East.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Book photographers, models, hair and makeup artists, and equipment for shoots
Manage studio bookings and ensure all equipment is available
Book flights, accommodation, transportation, and catering
Creating call sheets and distribute to all necessary parties
Coordinate with editorial teams and clients on post-production of assets, including retouching, color grading, and video editing
Coordinating production calendar ensuring its up to date and communicated to all parties

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role related to photo or video production
Based in the UAE
Driving license is preferred
Arabic speaking is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good understanding of photography and video production process
