Job Title: Production Assistant

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹75,000 per Month

Location: Abu Dhabi

Assist in the coordination and execution of production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Organize and manage production resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and efficiency.
Support production staff in day-to-day operations, resolving issues and maintaining workflow.
Monitor and maintain production quality standards, reporting any deviations to supervisors.
Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and records for efficient tracking and documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and alignment of tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all production activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
Provide input for process improvement and cost-saving initiatives in the production department.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Production Management, Engineering, or a related discipline).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
Proficiency in using production management tools and software.
Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in a production setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and supervisors.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced production environments.
