As a product manager, you will maintain the pre and post launch of the project lifecycle. As you will develop and manage the growth of the new products in Quant, such as performing in-depth research on market trends from the concept of testing to launching, as well as overseeing the product growth, ensuring new features and enhancements are meeting branding and ultimately business objective standards.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Discover new product opportunities and features and prepare product business cases with the latest frameworks, e.g., design thinking, customer journey, conduct persona analysis, etc.
2. Creating and updating the product business plan, which includes: Calculating market size, growth rate, potential revenues and estimated costs, resources planning, and staging.
3. Align customers and stakeholders needs and other teams to shape requirements and features.
4. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch the product successfully.
5. Produce and review product requirements documents.
6. Identification, specification, and prioritization of features, functionality, and capabilities.
7. Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
8. Identifies internal hurdles and potential resolutions and presents them to relevant stakeholders.
9. Manage partners relationships, either government, large company, or startup, and lead the effort for integration.
10. Monitoring of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitors moves.
11. Aligns strategic direction of Quant with product strategy through deliberation and workshops between relevant stakeholders.
12. Evangelizing the product at industry events, seminars, sales, key customers.
13. Take on the role of the go-to reference for all product needs and functional issues.
14. Share reports and status updates with senior management recurrently.
Requirements
Academic Prerequisites:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Management Information System, Industrial Engineering, business administration, or similar majors.

4. Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision.

Business Skills Required:
1. Excellent strategic thinking, understanding of business research, and analysis.
2. Knowledge and/or experience of product management techniques, tools, and software.
3. Experience or knowledge in strategic planning, product planning, risk management, and change management.
4. Proven track record in product management in the technology industry.
5. Prior exposure and demonstrated knowledge in Data Science, AI, and Business Intelligence.
6. Proficiency in English and Arabic, including speaking, writing, and reading.

Leaves & Holidays Policy
• Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
• Holidays: 11 business days of paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, and Saudi National Day.
• Compassionate Leave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days, in the event of death of employee’s parent, spouse, or child.

Housing Allowance
Employees who do not receive housing by the Company receive a Housing Allowance of 25% of the employees basic salary.
Transportation Allowance
Employees who do not receive transportation means by the Company receive a Transportation Allowance of 15% of the employees basic salary.
Communication Allowance
Employees who do not receive communication means by the Company receive a Communication Allowance of 10% of the employees basic salary.
