Anaerobic reactor – USAB Non-Biodegradable COD removal. Process Effluent (Diary industry, Leather tanning, Dye, Food and Beverage, Produced water) Treatment system. Trickling filter technology Electro coagulation. Zero liquid discharge Industrial Oil & Gas Effluent, not less than 2.0 year Oil separation. API CPI DAF IGF Coalescer filter AOP (advance Oxidization process) O3 H2O2 Both. - Recommended: Chemical injection systems: · Cl2 Gas. · Chlorine dioxide. · Electro chlorination. · Sludge treatment Daily Key Roll: · Hydraulics Mechanical design. · Preparation of Process flow diagram, Mass balance diagram P&ID. · Preparation reviewing of engineering drawings. · Selection of electro-mechanical equipment’s andvalves. · Preparation of equipment data-sheets. Co- coordinating projects. • Preparing P&ID based on offer by co-coordinating with Draftman. • Selection of pump Equipment based on P&ID process design. • Preparing BOQ of the project. • Preparing Equipment GA drawing by Co-coordinating with Draftsman. • Preparing of Equipment layout by Co-coordinating with Draftsman. • Technical Coordination with Project Engineer. • Preparing Control philosophy. • Preparation of CRS sheet reply for Client comments. • Technical Coordination with draftsman for the preparing of Project drawing. Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor in chemical / mechanical or other equivalent experience. Enthusiastic , Self-driven & Drives the project independently. Experience should be 5- 6 yrs
