Job Description

Role Name: "Process Design Engineer" from a Wastewater / Water Treatment background, a Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering graduate.

Nationality: No Indians. Can look at other nationalities. (Except: Irani, Iraqi, Syrian, Algerian, Palestine, Sudanese, Kenian)

Gender: Open (females with head scarf/burqa will not be considered)
Don't send CV's who have Process Design Exp. in site. You have to consider candidates for Process Design who are office based. Please ask the candidates and then send cv's. Don't send cv's for Oil & Gas.

With minimum 10 years' experience in the field as Process Engineer.

At least 7 years in GCC / Middle East projects; especially in the Reverse Osmosis Desalination plant, Water / Wastewater treatment & recycling system, Water Effluent Treatment or pumping stations.

• Process & Mechanical design of Process Equipment (MBR, MBBR & Extended aeration), Effluent treatment plant, Grey water Treatment, Reverse Osmosis, Ultra filtration, Demineralization and water softening.

• Anaerobic reactor – USAB

• Non-Biodegradable COD removal.

• Process Effluent (Diary industry, Leather tanning, Dye, Food & Beverage, Produced water) Treatment system.

• Trickling filter technology

• Electro coagulation.

• Zero liquid discharge

Industrial and Oil & Gas Effluent, not less than 2.0 year

• Oil separation.

o API

o CPI

o DAF

o IGF

o Coalescer filter

• AOP (advance Oxidization process)

o O3

o H2O2

- Recommended:

Chemical injection systems:

• Cl2 Gas.

• Chlorine dioxide.

• Electro chlorination.

Sludge treatment.

Prepare and / or check process calculations / assist in providing industries with effective responsive, and safe solutions.

Daily Key roll:

• Hydraulics and Mechanical design.

• Preparation of Process flow diagram, Mass balance diagram and P&ID.

• Preparation and reviewing of engineering drawings.

• Selection of electro-mechanical equipment’s & valves.

• Preparation of equipment data-sheets.

• Co- coordinating projects.

* Preparing P&ID based on offer by coordinating with Draftman.

* Selection of pump and Equipment based on P&ID and process design.

* Preparing BOQ of the project.

* Preparing Equipment GA drawing by Co-coordinating with Draftsman.

* Preparing of Equipment layout by Co-coordinating with Draftsman.

* Technical Coordination with Project Engineer.

* Preparing Control philosophy.

* Preparation of CRS sheet and reply for Client comments.

* Technical Coordination with draftsman for the preparing of Project drawing.

Education Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environment Engineering from an accredited University.

Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with good capability in oral and written communication skills.

Computer skills and the ability to utilize design software’s are mandatory.

Possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
