Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall operations of the pool club, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and guest retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotions and events.
  • Oversee budget, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury beach clubs.
  • Proven leadership and financial management skills.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual candidates prioritized.
