Job Description
Main Responsibilities: Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, and material specifications Measure, cut, and shape metal pipes using hand tools or machinery Fabricate and assemble pipe components according to project requirements Perform tack welding or support welding teams during final welding Ensure correct fit-up and alignment of piping systems Conduct visual inspections of fabricated parts to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain tools and work areas in clean and safe condition Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to resolve fabrication issues Maintain production records and report progress regularly Skills Required: Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fabrication techniques, and welding symbols Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Skilled in using pipe fabrication tools and machinery Understanding of safety procedures in a workshop or construction environment Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging conditions Good teamwork and communication skills Gulf experience and knowledge of international fabrication standards preferred
