Job Description
Content Creation:
Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade photos and videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Produce compelling visual content that highlights the unique offerings of SEVEN Wellness Clubs, The Dose by Silvena, mūri skincare, and You Clinic.
Work autonomously to manage shoots, create content, and deliver final assets without constant supervision.
Coordinate with teams remotely when necessary, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and project briefs.
Document events, collaborations, and activations, capturing engaging and high-quality footage that showcases the vibrancy and ethos of SEVEN Group.
Edit and retouch images and videos, optimising for specific platforms and audience engagement.
Manage colour grading, audio syncing, and other technical aspects to produce polished content.
Stay updated on photography, videography, and editing trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
Experiment with new techniques and formats to elevate the creative output of SEVEN Group’s brands.
Asset Management:
Organise, catalogue, and maintain a library of visual assets for easy accessibility and reuse.
Requirements
Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various mediums.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines without supervision.
Expertise in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Skilled in both studio and on-location shooting, with a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of social media content requirements and trends, with experience optimising content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle the demands of working across multiple brands.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members when required.
Experience working in wellness, hospitality, or luxury sectors is a plus.
