The Payroll Compliance Analyst will be responsible for configuration of new countries in system based on the CP database. Ensure the readiness of statutory or necessary payroll report for completeness of payroll outputs to clients. Will be involved in updating the changes made to existing countries formulation.
Responsible for configuration of new countries in system based on the CP data base.
Research the industry and country compliance regulations and policies.
Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliances.
Coordinate with the local Oman authority.
Fulfill the invoice generation, joiner and reliever registration, and annual salary declaration.
Help the company on the Omani local laws.
Requirements
Must have 5+ years of compliance analysis or related experience.
Good in Arabic communication both verbal and written.
Hands on experience in processing payrolls in Oman and compliance with PASI
Have worked in a payroll outsourcing company previously.
Handle the team and train the team on timely manner
Strong in Analytical skills and needs to have flair of numbers
Able to audit the payrolls processed from a payroll systems
Can document recurring payroll cycles in different countries, all the way from receiving input from client to dealing with country local consultants for handling statutory filing and payment.
Can document country rules and regulations to be presented to clients.
Can document sample calculations for new countries to be implemented in the payroll system.
