We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Partnership Manager Intern to join our. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in business development, negotiation, and relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing partnerships with external companies to secure offers that align with our organizations goals.

How your day will look like:

Identify potential partner companies that align with our organizations goals and objectives.
Reach out to prospective partners and initiate communication to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Conduct research to understand the partners products, services, and industry position to determine potential synergies.
Present our organizations value proposition and negotiate partnership terms to ensure favorable outcomes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the requirements and specifications for partner offers.
Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing partners, acting as a primary point of contact.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Track and report key performance indicators and metrics related to partnership activities.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in partnership management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a partnership management or business development role, preferably within a related industry or field.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills & Strong analytical abilities.
Proficiency in using productivity tools, software for communication, collaboration, and data analysis.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in partnership management.
