Our client is a well-established company within the retail/fashion sector with its main operations set up in KSA is looking to hire remotely, for the position of Partnership Manager. Within this role you will be in charge of implementing and developing commercial and strategic relations with stakeholders. A successful applicant will be bright, enthusiastic and a self-starter who is highly motivated and good at negotiating deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify partnership opportunities, channels, key stakeholders, and synergies to build product optionality and maximize revenue
Build and proactively maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
Responsible for the supply of partners. The focus is on building the largest fashion partners network, getting the most out of it and ensuring the quality of the user experience
Research and map industry verticals, and competitive landscape, to ensure in-depth market coverage to lead the entire deal process, from finding the right partners and leading on commercial negotiations
Manage the onboarding process and ongoing relationships with stakeholders to drive commercial growth
Manage a pipeline to ensure a constant stream of new partners and projects
Negotiate on commercial terms for every partner
Collaborate with founders and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
Analyze, measure, and monthly reporting on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics
Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions
Develop integrated solutions through strategic partnerships
Requirements
3 years of experience in a partnership, business development or other strategic commercial roles and/or top-tier consulting role
Ability to influence through presentations
Clear communication, structured thinking, organizational and project management skills
Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners
Strong negotiation skills with an emphasis on driving partner value
Technology savvy and familiar with API, integrations, SaaS and CRM is preferred
