Work closely with the COO to provide one-to-one support in daily operational duties including:Monitoring the COO’s email and responding when required;Scheduling meetings and appointments;Organising events and conferences for the COO;Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings;Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.Organising travel itineraries and coordinate logistic needs such as transportation and accommodation.Assist in reminding key senior members on important tasks and deadlines.Conduct or prepare any research that the COO may require.Preparing PowerPoint, speech and script for COO presentation.Collate and file expenses; managing databases and filing systems.Supporting role in event organising such as Business Conference.Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
