Job Description

Our client, a leading design-build contractor in Saudi Arabia, is looking to add to their business the position of Operations Manager - Energy.

Within this role, you will be in charge of monitoring day-to-day operations while maximizing resources utilization to improve efficiency, deliver high-quality services, and manage the P&L of the business. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional problem-solving and management abilities.

Main Responsibilities to include:

Oversee sales, business growth, quality control, and the organizations operations

Implement innovative methods and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability

Maintaining compliance with industry regulations, standards, and corporate policies

Collaborate with executive management, stakeholders, and government agencies

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Energy, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in Sustainability or Energy Efficiency is essential

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
