Ensuring service levels are adhered to by all team members in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver outstanding customer and continuously working towards always exceeding customer expectations.
Establishing business opportunities with new or existing customers.
Developing and implementation of sales strategy.
Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets set by senior management.
Train, mentor and develop skills of your subordinates within the team to support target achievement.
Set KPIS for the team in line with the business objectives, review and performance manage them.
Demonstrate business practices that are standard across the car rental industry.
Handle complaints escalated from both internal and external customers and provide solutions.
Oversee and support all marketing initiatives that are targeted to improve sales opportunities.
