Job Description

As an Operations Manager for a startup car rental in the UAE, with specific knowledge of the regulations set by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the companys luxury vehicle fleet in accordance with RTA guidelines.


  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of professional drivers, ensuring they are well-versed in RTA regulations
  • Enforce RTA-specific policies and procedures for drivers, emphasizing the importance of adherence to traffic and safety rules.
  • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the limousine fleet in alignment with company’s guidelines.
  • Ensure the companys full compliance with RTA licensing, permits, and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans that algins with Dubai Police or any other regulatory authority involve.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement, and implement process enhancements to align with evolving RTA standards and industry best practices.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of professional chauffeurs, ensuring they are well-versed in RTA regulations.
  • Enforce RTA-specific policies and procedures for drivers, emphasizing the importance of adherence to traffic and safety rules.



Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with the car rental industry and an understanding of cost dynamics in UAE
  • Strong knowledge of RTA regulations and guidelines pertaining to car rental (preferably Limousine) services and online system.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions for fleet management and optimization Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
