Main Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure smooth and efficient processes Developing and implementing operational strategies, procedures, and guidelines Managing and supervising staff to ensure high performance and productivity Monitoring and improving the quality of services and operations Managing budgets and ensuring cost-efficiency across all departments Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance metrics Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations Coordinating between various departments and teams to ensure alignment of goals Managing inventory, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services Handling customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in operations management or similar roles Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in operations management software and tools Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control Ability to drive process improvements and increase efficiency across the organization
