Job Description

As an Operations Instructor specializing in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Operations, you will play a crucial role in the training and development of personnel within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in these disciplines, along with Assessor and Verifier qualifications, to ensure the effective delivery of training programs. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:
- Develop and deliver training programs for Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Operations personnel.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
Specialist Knowledge:
- Utilize your specialized knowledge in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Operations to enhance training content and provide practical insights.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve training programs.
Assessment and Verification:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the proficiency of trainees in their respective disciplines.
- Verify competency through practical evaluations and written assessments.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the standard and consistency of training delivery.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of training processes.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, operations teams, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and address specific skill gaps.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the organization.
