Job Description

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an operations executive .

Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure

· Coordinating customs clearance for import/export shipments.

· Coordinating import and export transportation.

Contacting vendors, customers, carriers, etc. to coordinate transportation and resolve any problems and issues. Follow up with current projects
Executes all shipping documentation required for goods transportation
Providing weekly and monthly reports for imports, exports, domestic transportation, cost saving, job volumes, shipments tracking etc
Have Incoterms knowledge
Good knowledge Customs Legislation

· Executing all kind of shipments like Air/ Sea/ Road/ Rails.

· Assist the sales team with quotations and client/product knowledge

· Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practices, but also that fees charged are in line with competitors

· Must be fluent in English ( writing, speaking, reading)
