Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hanub Properties

Hanub Properties is a leading off-plan investment platform based in Dubai. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, your primary role will be to prospect and generate leads, which will be handed off to the sales team. This is a crucial position within our inside sales team, and your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  2. Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets.
  3. Consistently achieve lead generation targets and meet or exceed assigned quotas.
  4. Utilize the CRM system to track, document, and manage all lead-related information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth lead handoffs, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to the sales process.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of Hanub Properties products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  7. Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, demonstrating strong communication skills and an ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  8. Provide accurate and timely reporting on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales forecasts to the management team.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective lead generation and sales support.



Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the real estate or investment industry.
  2. Proven track record of successfully prospecting and generating leads.
  3. Strong discipline and consistency in efforts, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a target-driven environment.
  4. Proficient in using CRM systems to manage and document lead-related information.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with multi-cultural prospects.
  6. Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  8. Familiarity with off-plan investments and the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
  9. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
