Salary: AED 2,000 – 4,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a passionate and dedicated Female Nursery English Teacher with B.ed in English / Cache Level 3 for a reputable nursery in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent English communication skills, and a nurturing approach to child development. This role involves teaching English language basics, supporting child development through play-based learning, and working closely with parents and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver age-appropriate English lessons that foster early language and literacy skills.
Develop and implement a creative and engaging curriculum aligned with early childhood learning goals.
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and document children's progress and communicate regularly with parents.
Organize educational activities, storytelling sessions, and interactive games.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through guided play and structured routines.
Follow all safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety policies.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and administrative staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed. in English) or CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Early Childhood Education.
Previous experience in teaching nursery or kindergarten level is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Warm, patient, and caring personality suited to working with young children.
Strong classroom management and child engagement abilities.
Culturally sensitive and able to work with children from diverse backgrounds.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, 5–6 days per week (depending on school schedule)
Indoor, classroom-based role with regular interaction with parents and team members
