Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a skilled Network Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the company’s network infrastructure to ensure business continuity across distributed retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and support LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal uptime.
- Provide hands-on technical support for store-level and back-office network environments.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, maintenance logs, and asset inventory.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with infrastructure and cybersecurity standards.
- Participate in network upgrades, rollouts, and infrastructure expansion projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in network support roles, ideally in a multi-site retail or enterprise environment.

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies. Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
