A well-known FMCG company based in the UAE is looking for a Merchandising Manager who will primarily manage all merchandisers from different supermarkets/hypermarkets/outlets across the UAE. Other responsibilities may include: · Preparing and executing seasonal and annual merchandise buying plans · Collaborating with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise · Analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities for increasing sales · Developing pricing strategies that drive profitability and meet customer demand · Creating promotional plans to increase traffic and revenue · Working with store operations and visual merchandising teams to ensure products are displayed and priced correctly.
