To Lead a team of Technicians for successful execution of HVAC Maintenance Contract Activities
To Complete project management, supervision and maintenance MEP Maintenance Contract for High Rise Towers, Commercial Complex
The candidates must have thorough knowledge of routine PPM, Troubleshooting & Breakdown Activities
Handle day-to-day Operation, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance across all facilities include HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting ,etc.
Lead and train the skilled technical Team carrying full responsibility for the MEP Plants.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for O&M of Plant with quality.
Analyse the Suppliers Quotations and cost comparisons
Co- ordinate with all stake holders like HK, Leasing and Security Team to fulfil the requirements for the operational requirements of the premises
Maintained the record of material/ spares for the Plant and kept asset register for entire premises.
Supervision of AMC contractors and vendors.
Responsible for Facilities Management inventory

Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with good communication skills and Hands-On experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations.
Minimum 5 years Experience in a related fields of specifications.
Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands.
Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
UAE driving license is preferable
Applicant should be inside UAE to attend site interview.
