Create a vibrant and efficient marketplace for experiences across KSA that generates decent income for thousands of experience providers in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:Data Analytics - Use data to improve decision making and impact business outcomes across KSA
Problem Solving - Solve business challenges by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management - Engage with a number of functions across the business - policy, communications, product, marketing, legal and customer support and, in some cases, manage external stakeholders
Project management and execution - Plan and project manage multiple projects and have the ability to execute in a constantly changing, complex environment
Owning the Partner experience, end-to-end in KSA and the related P&L and the biz dev targets and team
Partnering with business and technical teams to design and build features and solutions specific to country requirements, while productizing those features for global application
Identifying and driving new opportunities for Suplift’s Marketplace business
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Data analysis skills and ability to analyze data and generate useful insights
Experience in a leadership role and people management (both local and remote).
5+ years of experience with a blend of technical, business and product and/or program management roles.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, supply chain, or business with relevant work experience.
Ability to partner across multiple functional areas and geographic locations.
Leadership experience attracting, hiring and growing top talent.
Written and verbal communication skills, with a successful track record of presenting to senior level management.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action.
Native Arabic speaker.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA from top b-school preferred.
Experience and background in operational startups, marketplaces business, product and teams management, and e-commerce.
