Role Overview:

As a Marketplace Associate, your primary role is to support the day-to-day operations of the marketplace platform. This involves working closely with vendors, performers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities:

1.     Vendor Management: Onboarding new vendors, verifying their credentials, and monitoring their performance to maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.

2.     Order Processing: Handling incoming orders, verifying payment information, and coordinating shipping or digital delivery of products or services.

3.     Customer Support: Assisting customers with inquiries, providing product or service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

4.     Content Management: Managing product listings, updating pricing and availability, and ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions and images.

5.     Performance Analytics: Monitoring marketplace metrics, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize the efficiency and profitability of the marketplace.

6.     Marketing Support: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, create engaging content, and drive traffic to the marketplace platform.

7.     Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, performers, and other industry professionals to foster collaboration and growth opportunities.

8.     Stay Updated: Keeping up with industry trends, competitor analysis, and marketplace best practices to identify new opportunities and enhance the marketplaces competitive advantage.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or related field.

2.     1-3 years of experience.

3.     Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

4.     Advanced level in English.

5.     Strong analytical skills.

6.     Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
