Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Team Leader to manage the marketing team and lead all efforts related to digital campaigns and lead generation. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns to generate quality leads that support our sales teams in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the in-house marketing team (designers, content creators, video editors)

Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

Handle media buying and budget allocation to ensure high ROI

Oversee daily performance tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization of campaigns

Set lead generation targets and ensure the team meets KPIs

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs

Collaborate with the sales department to align marketing goals with business objectives

Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activity to keep campaigns effective

Requirements

-3+ years of digital marketing experience, including team management

Proven success in running lead generation campaigns

Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance-based platforms

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Experience in real estate or other lead-driven industries is preferred
