The Ideal marketing officer candidate has the capability for strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns. Where Marketing Officer is expected to contribute to existing marketing, branding and advertising plans, while assisting with the development of fresh initiatives in line with the companys goals.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing & implementing marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, campaigns, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
2. Track and record project results and amend marketing measures.
3. Conduct market research to study competitors, Identify, and test market patterns and trends.
4. Analyze research to target the best audience and maximize reach.
5. Organize, coordinate and attend & participate in events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
6. Create awareness of and enhance the brand identity.
7. Develop effective marketing campaigns.
8. Source and secure sponsorship for event and PR activities.
9. Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, events, PR activities, and adverts.
Requirements
Academic Prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
Personal Skills/Qualities:
1. Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.

3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving.
4. Strategic vision and strong business acumen.

Skills Required:
1. 2+ Years experience in marketing.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Previous experience using marketing software (Dynamics, Excel, CRM).
4. Copywriting and graphic/digital design experience preferred.
