Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the companys products and services. They will conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay current on industry trends, and create and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that align with the companys overall goals and objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay current on industry trends

• Create and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and other digital marketing efforts.

• Manage and coordinate the work of other marketing staff, such as graphic designers and copywriters.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.

• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

• Manage and stay within the marketing budget.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure the companys overall success.

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field

• 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Experience with market research and data analysis

• Proficiency with marketing and project management software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Hubspot

• Experience with digital marketing, including email, social media, and other digital platforms

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

• Knowledge of product marketing, branding, and advertising is highly desirable.
