An exciting opportunity is available for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join a leading international academy for culinary arts and hospitality training in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the academy’s marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on content creation, visual storytelling, and digital engagement. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Visual Media · Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing and communication purposes. · Produce engaging visual content for use across digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the website. · Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual media. Marketing Coordination · Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote the academy’s programs and activities. · Coordinate with design, production, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. · Track and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements where necessary. Social Media & Digital Engagement · Manage content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms. · Monitor online engagement and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. · Support in growing brand presence and engagement through creative digital strategies. Administrative & Team Support · Maintain the marketing asset library, ensuring all files are organized and up to date. · Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination. · Assist with internal communications and event documentation. · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or content creation role. · Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). · Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting. · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). · Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer). · Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
