Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing within hospitals or clinics and possess exceptional communication skills in Arabic. This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive patient engagement, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to create targeted promotional content.
- Manage the hospital/clinic's social media platforms, website, and other digital marketing channels.
- Coordinate events, health awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, media outlets, and partners.
- Ensure marketing materials adhere to healthcare compliance standards and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to streamline communication and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role within a hospital or clinic.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing trends and patient engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
