Job Description

Our client is a premium interiors turnkey solutions fit out organization for the retail, hospitality and entertainment sectors across the Gulf region.

 

As part of their growth in the region, we are recruiting a UAE experienced performance marketing and brand manager with strong experience in B2B growth-oriented marketing role focused on driving leads, retention, and revenue growth.

 

The role will develop, implement and measure marketing and sales enablement strategies to incorporating integrated digital marketing and brand strategies, roadmaps and campaigns to accelerate brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.

 

The successful candidate will have strong experience in developing relevant industry content; defining the customer journey and channel strategy; and testing and analyzing performance.

 

Role Summary

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies based on business goals, market analysis and media mix modeling.
  • Lead generation - identify customer growth opportunities and generate leads through digital and social media marketing activities.
  • Define customer target segments and develop, execute and manage campaigns to drive online traffic and engagement across omni-channel platforms and print media.
  • Execution of digital and social media marketing and thought leadership content that drives brand performance.
  • Develop metrics to measure insights into potential and existing customers to build new business opportunities.
  • Measure and analyze weekly performance, insights, and testing across all campaigns.
  • Enable sales managers by providing impactful marketing content and campaigns to achieve sales goals.
  • Data driven performance marketing to increase website and mobile traffic, quality lead generation, enhance user journey and experience, improve conversion rates and build brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Reporting and analysis – evaluate online campaign performance.
  • Optimize automation to improve email marketing and website conversion optimization.
  • Plan and execute SEO and SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Create, curate and manage all digital and social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows and webinars.
  • Manage marketing and events budgets.

 

 

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 7+ year’s continuous high-performance employment in digital and social media marketing experience gained in the UAE with a proven record in building brand reputation, generating demand and leads and developing the right sales enablement content.
  • Extensive experience in building and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. 
  • Expert in driving relevant web traffic through PPC and increasing conversation rates through enhanced customer journeys.
  • Proven experience in developing, executing and managing customer base direct marketing campaigns delivered via effective marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong capabilities in identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend, performance and online conversion.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points; identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics to lower CAC and churn and increasing LTV.
  • Deep understanding of attribution models, split tests, and conversion data.
  • Strong data analytics background in order to understand the full-funnel impact of acquisition efforts and ROI and ad spend.
  • Strong experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, programmatic advertising, paid advertising, website optimization and funnel conversions.
  • Paid digital media strategy and paid user acquisition – Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn InMail Marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing data analytics and attribution platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Net Insight, Adobe Omniture and WebTrends.
  • Proficient professional use of marketing automation tools, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp, Pardot, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console and Advanced Web Ranking.
  • Data-driven approach in determining channel performance and optimization with a holistic approach taking into account both platform-side performance metrics and post-click onsite metrics and variables.
  • Strong understanding of business development and sales and how to best win at key customers.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
  • Fluent in English – this role requires high command of the English language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the gravitas to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset and hands-on approach to driving the digital strategy forward.

 

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recognized Google and digital marketing certificates are mandatory
