Managing Director - Human Capital (UAE National only)
Leading and managing human capital management processes and initiatives at the authority level in accordance with strategic and operational objectives, and ensuring that effective human resources solutions are provided at the management and workforce level.To ensure that human resources policies, procedures and programs enable the Authority to attract, develop and retain the best competencies.
Leadership in the development of strategic objectives and plans for management in line with the strategy, vision and mission at the full body level
Overseeing the implementation and achievement of the departments strategic objectives and objectives
Directing the preparation, allocation and use of the Departments budget and the exercise of expenditure control where applicable
Review all periodic management performance reports and provide recommendations and guidance when needed to enhance management performance
Monitor key performance indicators of management operations and staff and make recommendations on improvements in line with strategic objectives at the full body level
Take responsibility for shaping the departments workforce by determining the number of staff to be available and the ability to achieve managements strategic objectives and plans
Provide professional support to management by providing effective feedback and evaluating staff performance
Support efforts in aspects of cooperation, innovation, design thinking and improving current management processes

Academic qualifications
