Job Description

A leading short-term premium property management company, our client is looking to add a Sales/Operations Manager - Short Term Lettings to their team who is well-experienced within Short-Term holiday homes or the Real Estate sector as a whole. A successful applicant would have managed a team of direct reports, is a self-starter, proven track records within real estate.

Main responsibilities to include:

Oversee operations for the Dubai office
Achieve set targets for the team and maximize revenue opportunities
Bring new properties into the market
Spearheading the growth of the business
Staying up to date on property portals and the short terms rental market
Carry out an in-depth market analysis as and when required
Review and report on rental market statistics
Dealing with DTCM on all aspects
Driving sales/ lettings plan
Source landlords looking to let out their properties
Create lead generation strategy, objectives, metrics

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience of Short-Term Lettings and Holiday Homes / Real Estate residential sales is a must
Target and performance managing skills required
Knowledge of property law
Able to prove a track record in generating new business
High attention detail and good problem solving skills
