Job Description

BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for one of the leading food companies in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire Machine Operators for a fast growing factory to perform the startup, operation and troubleshooting of machines under controlled conditions by complying with process, quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in Meat Processing Factory / Food / Pharma industry and will be responsible to keep the work environment and machines in good and clean conditions throughout the whole production process.

- Set up machinery for operation

- Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance

- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions

- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance

- Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedures, and report problems to Line Leader / Supervisor

- Comply with all safety and health regulations

- Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equal technical qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years experience in Meat Processing Factory / Food / Pharma industry

- Excellent understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting

- Familiar with Machine parts and maintenance

- Ability to understand and communicate in English. Read and understand equipment manuals and suppliers instructions related to machinery.

- Familiar with Food safety & Technology standards

- Good understanding and Application of high safety and environmental standards
