As a Legal Specialist with Quant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and professional support on legal analysis, legal documents, and court matters and performing the day-to-day legal work streams with timely and effective deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and summarizing research when requested so that relevant data and information is available in a timely and easy-to-use manner, to facilitate resolving legal matters.
Maintain an up-to-date database of all relevant laws and regulations to provide a convenient source of reference to the organization.
Handling renewal of corporate licenses and other authorizations.
Give accurate and timely counsel to internal stakeholders.
Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents such as contracts, agreements etc.
Assist with updating company contracts, such as employment contracts, service contracts, etc.
Handles the day-to-day legal operations.
Coordinating and preparing administrative reports as required.
Liaise with law firms and partners to perform a variety of legal requirements of the company.
Ensure implementation of legal compliance requirements as per government standards and laws.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.
Proven experience in legal roles.
Preferred Personal Qualities:
Strong analytical and research skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in legal documentation.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of legal processes, including contract review, legal research, and document preparation.
Familiarity with legal software and tools for research and documentation.

Medical Insurance Plan
The Company provides a medical insurance plan as per Company policy. The current adopted medical insurance plan is provided by Bupa Medical Insurance, with the typical medical insurance plan being Premium 2.1. Leaves & Holidays Policy as per Saudi Labor laws, some of which being:
Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
Holidays: paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Saudi National Day and Saudi Founding Day.
Compassionate Leave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days, in the event of death of employee’s parent, spouse, or child.
Sick Leave: Properly documented sick leave with full pay for up to 30 calendar days; and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% of salary, during each year of service.
