Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the worlds leading food manufacturing companies inDammam, Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking for a passionate L & D Specialist to manage and control the entire range of L&D responsibilities for a large workforce, with a high level of independence to ensure effective training plans and develop, implement and deliver training programs aligned with business needs.
You will be responsible for
- Developing and identifying training needs of individuals and the company through staff appraisals and consultation with managers
- Prepare and administrate all training needs as per the training plan
- Develop and deliver the training programs
- Plan, monitor and control the training budget
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, using survey tools, in order to provide productive training program each years.
- Monitor monthly performance of employees and ensure the right measures are taken
- Responsible for all communication related training course to the delegates / managers in advance of training courses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration of HR related courses / MBA / Public Relations OR any relevant qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, minimum 2 years in Talent Management function
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
