KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Intern – L&D will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following: L&D Activities & Delivery o Deliver entry level training such as employee induction and new hire building orientation o Recommend and assist with the delivery of activities that’s aligned to the programs o Conduct basic internal customer service training to service departments L&D Coordination o Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of ITP Media Group’s Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the company goals and strategic plan o Co-ordinate and follow-up on all training activities – Internal & External o Assist in developing quality introductory, ongoing training plans and learning activities o Maintain active monitoring and follow-up through on-going coaching post training o Guide and support junior, mid-level members o Provide support and development of Departmental Trainers as required L&D Administration and Reporting o Register all training activities within a training matrix o Monitor and track training activities by maintaining accurate updated records of participant information and a dashboard o Maintain an ongoing Training Calendar to ensure learning resources and opportunities are maximized o Prepare monthly forecasts of training related expenses o Develop and manage a central internal resource library of videos/books/magazines that can be utilized L&D Research o Strive to expand our offering by researching new training opportunities, whether desk research or setting up calls with suppliers o Research and recommend online, e-learning tools and portals that aligns with the HR & OD strategy o Conduct an analysis and recommend graduate programs based on market best practice o Research and recommend effective processes and tools for learning evaluation and reporting o Actively initiate relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training providers and academic counsels related to the media industr PERSON REQUIREMENTSRequirements
