Strategic Alignment & Planning Develop and execute a leadership development strategy aligned with the mission, vision, and long-term goals. Partner with senior leadership and HR to identify current and future leadership needs and strengthen the talent pipeline. Collaborate with the Institute of Learning (IOL) and executive leaders to align leadership development with broader organizational objectives. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong strategic alliances with internal stakeholders and external partners to support leadership development efforts. Ensure leadership programs are integrated into Dubai Health’s wider talent management and policy frameworks. Program Development & Delivery Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive leadership programs across various leadership levels—from emerging leaders to senior executives. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities. Develop and deliver innovative learning solutions including workshops, seminars, e-learning, and blended learning methods. Manage mentorship and coaching programs to foster ongoing leadership growth. Measurement & Improvement Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback, and best practice benchmarks. Continuously refine leadership development initiatives based on insights and strategic direction. Academic & Research Contributions Teach, assess, and supervise projects within leadership development academic programs at IOL. Participate in research and contribute to leadership development, publications, and wide talent initiatives.
