Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze training needs across sales and support teams. Partner with department heads to align learning strategies with business objectives. Design, develop, and facilitate engaging sales training programs and soft skills workshops. Deliver blended learning solutions and measure training effectiveness. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Stay up-to-date with L&D trends and integrate best practices into training design. Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to talent development strategies. Promote and uphold Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in all training activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of L&D or HR experience, preferably within Dubai’s real estate. Skills & Competencies: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. In-depth knowledge of training tools, methodologies, and adult learning principles. Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and performance analytics.
